Safety First
There are some prenatal yoga dos & don’ts floating around out there. Let’s discuss the common ones:
If during any of these classes you get nauseous, dizzy, out of breath or start cramping, please stop. Pause in a comfortable seat or child’s pose until you feel ok to move again. At that point, listen to your body and decide if continuing to practice would be best or if you should contact your doctor.
