Week 15
A 60 minute practice devoted to the 15th week of your pregnancy. Thia week we’ll focus on deliberate, measured & intentional transitions. When moving from point A to point B without the assistance of momentum, we can learn so much about our bodies & our habits, in addition to greatly heightening & building the mental & physical strength needed to take such thoughtful steps. Start in a couple yin-like shapes to draw your awareness inward, move into a slow, steady & physically demanding sequence including variations on chair pose, goddess, hip opening balances & chaturangas, and end in a seated meditation to receive the practice.
You’ll need 2 blocks & a blanket or cushion for this class.
