Week 17

A 90 minute (or 60 minute - your choice!) practice devoted to the 17th week of your pregnancy. Begin with a gentle shoulder & upper back opener, move into a seated sequence to warm up your spine, a standing sequence full of hip & shoulder openers, and pause in a seated meditation - feel free to end here! If you have time to continue, the class moves for 30 more minutes, revisiting shapes we worked with earlier & going a bit deeper. End in a sweet 10 minute heart opening savasana.

You’ll need 2 blocks, a blanket & a bolster (or bed pillows) for this practice.
