Week 18

A 65 minute class devoted to the 18th week of your pregnancy. Begin in a supported heart opener, inviting an intention or mantra to join you on your mat. Move into a slow flow with some safe twists, plank & updog variations that engage your transverse abdominis, and standing hip openers. End with a pelvic floor exploration, jaw release and seated meditation.

You’ll need 2 blocks, a blanket & a bolster (or 2 bed pillows) for this practice.
