Week 19

A 65 minute practice devoted to the 19th week of your pregnancy. Begin with a seated hip opener & open twist, move into a sequence that stabilizes your shoulders & works your transverse abdominis, and build to a slow flow that opens all the ouchie parts of your changing beautiful body. End in a supported toes pose & seated meditation for savasana.

You’ll need 2 blocks, a blanket & a bolster (or bed pillows) for this practice.
