Week 20

A 65 minute practice devoted to the 20th week of your pregnancy. Your back may be feeling the strain of your expanding front body around this time, and side body opening can really help to create more space, relieving indigestion & low back tension. We'll open the side body throughout this class, also get into your hips & throw in a couple push ups if you're feeling feisty. A restorative heart opener in savasana ends our practice.

You’ll need 2 blocks and a blanket for this class. A bolster is also helpful.
