Week 21
A 65 minute practice devoted to the 21st week of your pregnancy. Take time in the beginning of class to learn how to efficiently yet gently engage and release your transverse abdominis & pelvic floor muscles. We'll then move into working this into a bunch of different shapes, while opening your hips & calves and strengthening your shoulders & upper arms. Change gears at the end for a one-breath-per-movement flow to help move your energy before settling into a sweet 5 minute savasana.
You'll need 2 blocks and a blanket for this practice.
