Week 22
A 75 minute practice devoted to the 22nd week of your pregnancy. This week is all about easing tension in your back and releasing the muscles along your spine. We'll be doing loads of pregnancy-safe twists & hip openers, dance through a flow with some lunge variations & balances, and end in a sweet 5 minute restorative savasana.
You'll need 2 blocks and a blanket for this practice.
