Week 23

A 75 minute practice devoted to the 23rd week of your pregnancy. As your front body continues to expand, your shoulders & upper back might be asking for some extra love. We'll take time in the beginning of class to center & connect in a restorative, prop-supported child's pose, spinal twist & shoulder opener, move into a sequence of shoulder stabilization, strengthening & stretching, and end in broken wing & a restorative heart opener for savasana.

You'll need 2 blocks, a blanket & a bolster for class. Modifications available for those without a bolster.
