Week 24
A 70 minute practice devoted to the 24th week of your pregnancy. This class focuses on relieving indigestion and creating a bit more space in your front body. We'll begin in reclined, prop-supported shapes that lengthen & open our hips, move into a sequence of safe prenatal twisting, lower leg stretches, plank & core plank variations, side body opening, and gentle backbends. A sweet 7 minute savasana in a reclined heart opener ends our class.
You'll need 2 blocks, a blanket & a bolster for this class.
