Week 25
A 75 minute practice devoted to the 25th week of your pregnancy. It's all about joint health this week! Many pregnant folks (and their babies) have a growth spurt around this time in the second trimester, and you may be feeling the added weight is creating some knee pain or instability. We'll learn how to protect those joints to safely open the hamstrings, as well as continue to strengthen the muscles in the back & around the pelvis. Some cross-legged hip stretches and shoulder openers are thrown in there too.
You'll need 2 blocks, a blanket & a strap for this class.
