Week 27

A 75 minute practice devoted to the 27th week of your pregnancy. As we near the end of the second trimester, our babies and bodies are growing more and more rapidly. We may not be able to move as fluidly soon, so this class is all about flow. Begin seated for some side body, neck & shoulder opening, and then move into a one-breath-per-movement slow flow that builds on itself. We'll spend some time in half pigeon before settling into a savasana shape of your choice.

You'll need 2 blocks & a blanket for this class. A bolster is also helpful.
