Week 28

A 75 minute practice devoted to the 28th week of your pregnancy. Welcome to the third trimester! This week we'll be working to find relief from lower back, round ligament & neck/shoulder discomfort. Begin with a shoulder & upper back release on your blocks, move into a grounded sequence that works your gluts and opens your hips & hamstrings, and make your way into a chair & squat flow that tests your ability to focus on your breath - a helpful coping technique to bring with us into our birthing experiences. End with transverse abdominis & pelvic floor engagement & release, and a queens pose at the wall.

You'll need 2 blocks, a strap & a blanket for this class. A bolster is also helpful.
