Week 30
A 75 minute practice devoted to the 30th week of your pregnancy. We're getting deep into the hips this week. Begin with shapes that stretch the outer butt, hips & hamstrings, move into a sequence to tone & open the front of the hips & quads, and spend some time breathing through sensation in a chair variation. Glut strengthening & stretching, half pigeons and cross-legged downdogs throughout. This class prepares you well for meditation. Stay in a seated or supine savasana for as long as you like.
You'll need 2 blocks, a strap and a blanket for this class.
