Week 31
A 75 minute practice devoted to the 31st week of your pregnancy. This week we'll explore shapes that help to create more space in the front body, work to strengthen & stretch the muscles around the pelvis, and continue to practice breathing through sensation. Begin with a breath & arm exercise to center & set the tone, play with sphinx curls supported on blocks and a bolster, and move into a sequence that'll open your feet, firm your gluts & quads, open your shoulders, stretch your outer hips, and help you practice the art of staying present for every moment.
You'll need 2 blocks & a bolster (or couch/bed pillows) for this practice.
