Week 32
A 75 minute practice devoted to the 32nd week of your pregnancy. As we continue to progress through the third trimester, you may be feeling a bit stuck in that big ol’ brain of yours - planning, planning, planning. This practice is designed to gently shift your awareness away from your growing to-do list and into your body & breath. Begin seated, toning & opening your legs, PSOAS & upper back. Shift into a wide chair/squat flow that’ll create some heat and get your blood & breath moving, and dance through a slow sequence of pelvis & leg stabilizers, hip & quad openers, side and gentle back bends. End in an inclined half saddle & a soothing 5 minute savasana.
You’ll need 2 blocks, a blanket & a bolster for this class.
