Week 35

A 75 (or 10 or 20 or 45) minute practice devoted to the 35th week of your pregnancy. As we near the finish line, your body may be asking you to slow down, rest when you can, and exert yourself less. This class offers you segmented sequences; little clusters of flow or sustained movements that you can enjoy on their own or all together - your choice. Please join for the duration that feels right for you today, listen to your body's cues and modify or rest whenever you like.

Our opening sequence is seated, finding release in the upper back & shoulders.

The second sequence (beginning at 16:51) opens the feet & hamstrings.

The third (beginning at 23:26) moves into a chair, squat & side body flow.

The fourth (beginning at 27:47) is a full sequence of standing shapes & hip openers.

The fifth (beginning at 56:26) we'll work to find release in half pigeon & side-lying savasana.

You'll need 2 blocks, 2 blankets, a strap & a bolster for this class.
