Stretch

An 85 minute super stretchy, feel-good class for your 37 or more week pregnant body. Begin seated with a breath-centered side body & shoulder opening sequence, move into shapes to stretch your calves, hamstrings & feet, give your upper back some love in a lifted sphinx and spend time in variations of double & half pigeon that accommodate your big beautiful belly. We'll end in a restorative heart opener for savasana.

You’ll need 2 blocks, 2 blankets, a bolster & a strap for this practice.
