Restore & Meditate
A 70 minute restorative practice designed for these last few weeks of your pregnancy - or anytime! We’ll take four passive postures in total, maintaining each shape long enough to mindfully observe our breath, thoughts & emotions. Each shape is an invitation to get quiet, tap into our intuition, soften, find space and most importantly, rest. We’ll practice letting go & letting be, widening the space between stimulus & response, acceptance of the current reality, and gratitude for the opportunity to participate in this extraordinary experience.
You’ll need 2 blocks, 2 blankets, a bolster & some wall space for this practice.
(optional but oh so nice hot water bottle or heating pad too :)
