30 Minute Pick Me Up

Need a boost of energy? Got 30 minutes? This class is an excellent way to start your day or help restore your energy during an afternoon slump. Begin with breath-centering & stabilizing movements, build into a sequence of Sun C, heart opening & side plank variations, and end in a couple brief stretchy shapes. Take more time at the end if you have it.
