Lower Body Length & Strength

A 70 minute practice focused on using a neutral & stable pelvis to direct energy through your legs and help you feel grounded & connected. Begin with a seated quad opener, shift into an active sphinx and work into a sequence of lunge, lizard & half moon variations. We’ll play with a mini upward facing dog tutorial throughout class to help get those legs involved in such a challenging shape where the arms tend to take over, and end with a sweet 5 minute restorative heart opening savasana. You’ll need 2 blocks for this class.
